Our seasonal sales usually take place twice a year. Occasional promotions may come up throughout the year, kindly register an account with us to stay up to date on any promotions and sales.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED BY KOOKIWANNABE?

KOOKIWANNABE is exclusive to shipping to KSA at the moment.
DOES KOOKIWANNABE SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Currently we can only ship to one address per order.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES ON MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Before an item has been dispatched for delivery, we are able to cancel or amend your order (changing the size or editing the billing/shipping address). However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email confirming the dispatch of your item along with a tracking number to track the item online on the courier’s website.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We currently offer a 7 day exchange for unused, unworn, undamaged and in original condition items with all tags and labels still attached. The item must be in full re-sellable condition. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
We offer a 3-4 working days for orders to be delivered. Please go through our SHIPPING & DELIVERY section for more details.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND RETURN CHARGES?
For orders amounting over SAR 300 we offer a complimentary delivery, however orders under SAR 300 are charged with SAR 25 delivery fee. Also note that a cash delivery fee is applied to orders paid for by cash on delivery.
WILL I NEED TO SIGN MY PACKAGE ON ARRIVAL?
Yes, your package is insured right up to its reception therefore a signature is required upon delivery or you can have someone sign on your behalf if you are unavailable.
WHAT ARE THE DUTIES AND TAX COSTS?
There is no duty or tax costs, all our retail prices are inclusive.
